Hello, my name is Heidi. I am making this page so that some of my friends can view some of my projects in the Culinary Arts. I am new at this so I hope that this page turns out ok. I am presently a student at The Southeast Institute of Culinary Arts in St. Augustine, Florida. I have always had an interest in this field, however, it has taken a very long time to do something about it. I used to live in New York. I have recently moved to the state of Florida to study Culinary Arts. I hope someday to be one of the great female Chefs. This is my start. | ||||||||||||||||

The pictue on the left is of my first chocolate sculpture. This was done with both dark and white modeling chocolate. This was entered in the Sysco Food show in November 1998 and won a silver medal in the ACF food salon. | ||||||||||||||||
